The 5 session (6 hour) package fee is $900.00+HST.
Individual sessions are offered at a rate of $175.00+HST/hour.
Yes, HypnoBariatric hypnosis is an investment, but one that is many
thousands of dollars less than the actual gastric lap band
surgery would cost you.

The costs of undergoing an actual gastric band or gastric bypass, surgery go well
beyond the money, to include pain, suffering, risk of injury, infection and
complications, all with no guarantee of success in spite of your investment.
And...to add insult to injury, to qualify for the bariatric surgery
you usually need to be morbidly obese. Not so, for HypnoBariatric hypnosis.
  • Once you decide that you want to do the HypnoBariatric hypnosis
    program, we schedule your series of appointments in advance. This
    ensures the correct spacing of the sessions and that the most convenient
    appointment days and times are reserved for you.
  • Next, intake forms are sent to you via email, allowing you to complete them
    at your leisure an in advance of your first appointment. This way no
    valuable appointment time is spent filling in forms.
  • Your first session is scheduled as a 2 hour appointment block and sets
    the foundation. Subsequent session appointments are set as 1 hour
    blocks unless we mutually agree otherwise.
  • Appointments are spaced 7-14 days apart. This may vary depending on
    your unique circumstances and needs.
  • In your first session, in addition to experiencing full hypnosis, you will be
    taught self hypnosis techniques to facilitate your practice at home
    between appointments.
  • As a part of the HypnoBariatric program, you will also be provided with
    hypnosis audio recordings to listen to between sessions. This reinforces
    the changes experienced in sessions and helps lock-in results. You will
    also have access to other online tools to download and utilize to advance
    your progress.
  • How many sessions will you ultimately need? That really depends on you
    and how much work there is to do. Most people will only need these first 5
    sessions, but some people find they need a few more. Your progress is
    monitored to help you and I, together, determine if and when additional
    sessions are required or desirable.
