Hypnosis allows us to experience childbirth from a place of peace, minimizing fear,
maximizing comfort and participation. This workshop is for individuals or couples who are
pregnant and want to prepare for the birth experience. It is best if you are less than 35
weeks gestation at the start of this workshops series.

You will learn:

how enter the hypnosis state
how to create effective pain control
to improve your ability to remain in control
manage stress

Registration begins at 6:45pm
Water, tea & coffee will be provided at the break.
Please bring your snack if required.
